Following up on the initial consultation we continue to peel back the layers and move forward with targeted therapeutic support regarding identified dysfunction being experienced. Education and support around food and nutrients, lifestyle, physical, emotional and environmental stress, sleep hygiene and movement. Comprehensive Health Assessment available on request: - Analysis of symptom burden - Evaluation of food and mood journal - Functional Clinical Assessment with nutrient testing Sessions available in person in the comfort of your home, in clinic at McKay Biochemist or Online.
