Intake of health history, including family history, symptoms and health concerns with a focus on foundational health: - Digestion - Blood Sugar Regulation - Fatty Acids - Mineral Balance - Hydration Then a closer look at the consequences to dysfunction which has a ripple effect to hormone imbalances, cardiovascular dysfunction, lowered immunity and overwhelmed detoxification pathways. We talk about stress, sleep and movement, lifestyle and any environmental stressors. I offer a number of services that offer a truly holistic approach to health and healing. During the consultation you will be offered initial recommendations, and be provided with further information around ongoing functional support, assessments, and other supportive modalities I offer.
